i had a great stay at grupotel! the location was perfect, just a short walk to lovely beachside restaurants. the breakfast was outstanding with fresh options. i loved the swimming pool area, which had a children's paddling area and plenty of sun loungers. the staff were super friendly, especially at the bar!

The double room with sea view was spacious and had a lovely balcony. I enjoyed the flat-screen TV and minibar. Bathroom had a walk-in shower and good toiletries like shampoo and body soap. The spa offered excellent treatments, including massages, sauna, and a hot tub. Breakfast was amazing, with fresh pastries and an omelette station. Pool area was great, full of sun loungers and a relaxed vibe.

The views from the balcony were amazing, and the poolside area was ultra-relaxing. The convenience of nearby restaurants was a big plus, too. I loved the spa facilities and the comfiest sunbeds around the pool!

Spa facilities were exceptional and well-maintained.

The location is quite remote, taking at least 45 minutes to reach downtown and attractions. I was hoping for pool and beach activities, but there were none, leaving us disappointed. The reception staff seemed robotic and unfriendly upon our arrival. it felt like a poor start to what should have been a relaxing stay. Additionally, I expected more flexibility with late checkout, especially for those with late flights.

The whole experience was great, especially enjoying a refreshing cocktail by the amazing pool and relaxing in the well-kept sun terrace. I loved unwinding in the outdoor pool with breathtaking sea views. Just a small note, a few extra toiletries in the bathroom would have been nice, but overall, it was perfect for a getaway! 😊
